  1. Who should use Electronic Cigarettes?  Electronic cigarettes are for smokers 18 years of age or older and is an alternative to tradiational cigarettes. Electronic Vapor Devices are not and should not be used as a quit-smoking devices.
  2. How do electronic Cigarettes work?  Most electronic cigarettes require a small rechargeable battery and a unique, safe replaceable cartridge that contains water, propylene glycol, nicotine, a scent that emulates a tobacco, and other flavorings exclusive to electronic cigarette manufacturers. When you inhale it activates the atomizer which releases simulated smoke that is actually water vapor.
  3. Who can purchase Electronic Cigarettes? Electronic Cigarettes are available to anyone over the age of 18 who resides in the United States.

  5. Can I really smoke Electronic Cigarettes anywhere? Yes, an e-cigg is not a traditional cigarette and does not burn tobacco. It can be smoked in areas where normal smoking bans are in place - such as bars, restaurants, planes and offices. Electronic Cigarettes produce water vapor that is odorless and disappears in a few seconds. You always should check with your location before using an e-cigarette.
  6. Do electronic cigarettes produce actual smoke? No, e-ciggs produce an odorless and harmless water vapor that disappears in seconds.
  7. What are the ingredients in e-liquid? Most cartridges contain nicotine (in levels of high, medium, low and no nicotine), propylene glycol, tobacco flavoring, and other flavoring ingredients exclusive to different e-cigarette manufacturers. These cartridges come in various flavors and nicotine levels to satisfy the needs of a variety of smokers. Propylene glycol is a water-based ingredient found in many health products and medicines. None of the ingredients in the cartridges have been found to be carcinogenic. They have been tested and certified by SGS, ROHS and the Yunnan Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
  8. How long does each cartridge last? Most cartridges last 80-100 puffs, depending on the smoking habits of the user. One blu cartridge is equal to approximately 7 traditional cigarettes.
  9. How long does each battery last? Most batteries are the latest lithium-ion technology and will last as long as it takes a user to smoke two cartridges, on average.
  10. How do I know when the battery needs recharging? Every manufacturer has different methods.  For example the "blu" will blink 20 times when it needs to be recharged.
  11. How long does it take to recharge a battery? On average, a fully discharged battery will take one hour to fully recharge.
  12. How much nicotine is in each cartridge? Most e-cigarettes have four levels of nicotine strength.  For example blu cartridges: Full Flavored (16mg), Light (12mg), Ultra Light (8mg), and Non-Nicotine (0mg).
  13. What are the effects of nicotine? The effects of nicotine are stimulation, a feeling of relaxation, calmness, and alertness. These effects can last from minutes to hours. Nicotine is considered habit-forming and addictive. The carcinogenic properties of nicotine in a standalone form, separated from tobacco smoke, have not been evaluated by the International Agency for Research on Cancer/IARC.
  14. Are electronic cigarettes better for me than traditional cigarettes? Yes. blu does not contain the more than 10,000 chemicals, tar, ash and smell associated with traditional tobacco cigarettes. It simply provides the smoker with a small dose of nicotine.
  15. Why are electronic cigarettes considered "green"? The plastic cartridges are made from recycled plastic and overall using electronic cigarettes will reduce littering significantly.
  16. Can Electronic Cigarettes be used to quit smoking? No, e-cigarettes should not be used as a quit-smoking device. Different people use different devices and/or methods to stop smoking.  Most brands have not been laboratory-tested to qualify as a smoking cessation device.  Some suppliers do supply non-nicotine cartridges for smokers to remove their nicotine intake completely while still allowing them to satisfy their habitual desires of smoking.
  17. What flavors are available?  Every brand has different flavors, for example Blu has developed 5 exclusive flavors: Classic Tobacco, Magnificent Menthol, Java Jolt, Vivid Vanilla and Cherry Crush. Each flavor is available in the following strengths: Full Flavored, Light, Ultra Light and No Nicotine.
